The rooms were spacious, spotless, and beautifully arranged. Every single room was fully air-conditioned, including the living room area, which made a huge difference in keeping the whole space cool and comfortable. The bathrooms were clean and modern, and the hot water facility worked perfectly throughout our stay. What really impressed us was the setup of the residence. It’s a two-story property with a lovely living area, a separate dining room for meals, and a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary facilities. Whether you’re staying with family or friends, the space is more than enough and feels very private and relaxing. The swimming pool was another highlight — clean, well-maintained, and perfect for unwinding after a long day. This is a fairly new hotel, thoughtfully designed to offer both convenience and privacy for guests. You can park your vehicle right next to your villa, which is a great touch, and the three rooms are beautifully done. It truly feels like a “home away from home.” The service is top-notch — I requested an early check-in, and they accommodated it without any hassle. The food is excellent as well. I placed a last-minute breakfast order, and not only did they accept it, they delivered it right on time — and wow, it was delicious! Highly recommended.

We stayed for two nights arriving late and hungry on a Sunday evening but could not have been better looked after and catered for. The accommodation is spacious, clean and their hospitality throughout our stay was excellent. This included their help trying to find my sunglasses after we’d left only for me to find them tucked away in my own luggage later that day. Thank you for making our stay so comfortable.

Group consisting 26 members were stayed on 25 Jan 2025. Owners of the property have taken personal care of us. The staff were professional, courteous, and very supportive, always ready to assist with a smile. The location is convenient and easily accessible, and the overall service standards are truly commendable. Highly recommended for guests looking for a reliable hotel, quality service, and great value for money. I would definitely choose Breedon Residence Hotel again for my future stays.

Ich habe mich im Breedon sehr wohl gefühlt, die Familie, die sich um die Gäste kümmert, macht einen tollen Job. Das Essen war sehr gut und mehr als reichlich, der Pool und die Zimmer waren blitzsauber. Es ist nachts ruhig , so dass man gut schlafen kann. Die Villen sind riesig. Meine Wohnung in Deutschland ist wohl kleiner. Es gibt Smart-TV und gutes Wifi. AC in Schlafzimmern und Esszimmer und im Bad Warmwasser (da muss man einen Moment warten, bis es warm wird). Außerdem sehr vernünftige Haarföhne :-)

Stayed 3 nights over Christmas. Very nice place, comfortable and clean. Swimming pool is great for a swim too. It’s run by a lovely family, who are great hosts and made our stay all the more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

My experience at Breedon Residence Hotel was brilliant.I had a wonderful time there and my children loved the pool they said it was wonderful and they were in the pool most of our time there.Moving on to the inside of the house the room was cosy and squeaky clean from top to bottom.There was a smart TV near the rooms and the bathrooms were modern and neat.Overall,I thoroughly recommend to you to come to Breedon Residence Hotel and I know you will have sublime time there. We stayed at the Breedon Residence Hotel in Anuradhapura last Saturday, the 14th. The hotel is very new, exceptionally clean, and has very spacious and comfortable rooms. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Anuradhapura. The room rates are also very reasonable.

🌟 Private Paradise Found! This villa provided the perfect getaway! It was incredibly quiet and offered a truly serene atmosphere, allowing us to completely relax. All the facilities were excellent, especially the pool, which was spotlessly clean and a joy to use daily. The villa itself was extremely comfortable and fully equipped. Service was top-notch—discreet yet incredibly helpful. We felt completely pampered and at ease throughout our stay. If you seek privacy, comfort, and quiet luxury, this is the place. 2 fijne nachten in dit prachtige en verzorgd hotel. We hebben genoten van de accomodatie en de restaurant service. De mensen zijn heel vriendelijk en staan graag voor je klaar. We kregen om 05:00 een ontbijt mee naar de national Park. Een kleine tip. We waren een aantal keren opzoek naar de receptie die we niet konden vinden. Dit zouden jullie kunnen aangeven met borden of iets dergelijks. Bedankt! We hebben genoten.

It’s a really new & modern hotel, just open for 5 weeks. The rooms are perfectly clean and the bed sleeps really well. My boyfriend is 1,91 meter, but the bed was big enough. Which is’nt always the case in Sri Lanka. The pool is also really big and clean. The family who runs the hotel is super sweet and helpful. We loved staying here, thankyou!

Heerlijk hotel, mooie plek met hele lieve mensen. Het complex is hagel nieuw en heel schoon. Goede bedden en een heerlijk zwembad. Wij waren met een groep van zes, ideaal om hier een villa te huren. Alle highlights in de omgeving zijn hiervandaan erg goed te doen. Wij hebben het heel genoten!

And the pool was great as well as big space to swim. The food was very delicious. Everything's were very clean and perfect. We stayed at the new Breedon Residence Hotel for four nights. It was perfect! The hosts were so friendly and ensured our stay was comfortable. The pool was a great bonus to come home to and relax after a busy day out sightseeing. The hosts gave us local recommendations and helped us with transport. It is an easy Tuk Tuk ride to buses, restaurants and the sites around Anuradhapura. We would highly recommend this hotel when you are visiting Anuradhapura.

Fab.., location, walk distance into town and very close to lake supermarkets train track public transportation, The pool is much cool and food is mouth-watering and great including Sri Lankan cuisine was delicious, excellent room service.Place is fabulous great time spend with family relaxing stayed. Had such a lovely day at Breedon Hotel! The staff were so warm and friendly . Really made us feel welcome from the start. The location is peaceful and beautiful, perfect for a relaxing day out. We loved the pool and the food was great too. especially the lunch and evening tea. Everything was well-organized and just felt easy and enjoyable. We visited this property on a public holiday for a family day out n had a wonderful experience. The environment is calm n peaceful. The staff were friendly n helpful. The entire place was very clean n felt almost brand new. Kids really enjoyed the swimming pool which was well maintained. The highlight for us was the separate kids' pool. The food was freshly prepared after we placed our order, it was authentic Sri Lankan flavors. The rice n curry were excellent! the fish curry is a must try! A special mention to Sulochana! who was attentive and provided us with all the information we needed. We’ll definitely be coming back! 😃
